Dear God, I come before you today as a sinner and I acknowledge that your son Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins. Today, I receive Jesus Christ as my lord and savior. Forgive me for all my sins and help to live for you from this day forward. Fill the emptiness in me with your Holy Spirit and make me whole.
